About Me

I’m a strategist, coach, and executive leader with over 20 years of experience building powerful organizations, coaching authentic leaders, and driving transformational change. I founded TLM Strategies to help mission-driven teams and leaders turn vision into action, and action into lasting impact.

Throughout my career, I’ve led high-performing teams, scaled organizations from the ground up, stewarded multi-million dollar initiatives, and delivered breakthrough public policy victories. As Executive Director at Invest in Washington Now, I built and led a progressive advocacy organization that secured one of Washington State’s most significant progressive revenue wins, generating $850 million annually for education and childcare.

Previously, I served as the Vice President and Interim CEO at Planned Parenthood Votes NW & Hawaii, overseeing operations across six states and leading culture change initiatives that centered equity, collaboration, and resilience. I bring deep expertise in strategic leadership, organizational development, public engagement and managing complex operations across 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC structures.

My journey into coaching was shaped by a deep belief in the power of authentic leadership. Like many leaders in the nonprofit and advocacy space, I’ve wrestled with burnout, imposter syndrome, and the overwhelming weight of responsibility. Working with a coach was a transformational experience for me, helping me reconnect with my values, regain clarity, and lead with renewed purpose and energy. It’s what inspired me to become a coach myself; to help others find the same strength, clarity, and authenticity in their own journey.

Today, as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I partner with individuals and teams ready to scale their leadership, strengthen their organization, and build cultures rooted in trust, equity, and purpose.

I am proud to have served on strategic leadership teams for historic justice campaigns, including Washington United for Marriage, and Washington Won’t Discriminate, and to contribute my leadership as a board member for the Edmonds Center for the Arts and Washington Budget & Policy Center.
